
During your initial contact with our office, several factors detailed in our Major Event Policy (PDF) are considered to determine if an event is considered a "Major Event." Once an event has been defined as a "Major Event," a conference and event coordinator is assigned. You may also request an event coordinator if you would like additional assistance with your event.

Outdoor Event Management
We'll arrange electrical power, sprinkler system modifications, and additional disposal receptacles so that your outdoor event goes off without a hitch.
